He's talking about living the punk lifestyle in the lyrics. I would have expected a more "Metal's not dead" Kind of theme from Venom haha!

Both the Venom and Exploited songs are great, but I have to question why a band like Venom would be writing such a song.

Toxic Holocaust has a Punk's Not Dead shirt. I would assume it's more about the lifestyle than the music. Who knows, maybe both bands love punk.

I realize that, but you don't see other Metal bands writing about punk. Usually they just cover a punk song or something. Deep Purple doesn't write songs about classical music, Black Sabbath doesn't write about the blues, and so forth. It just seems rather odd to me.
