I think i voted for Elvenking in this same tread like a year ago, but now my choice is a new band called Ex Deo, Romulus is their Amazing debut album

For this one I'm going to have to say my favorite is Ephel Duath, especially for their Painter's Palette album. Next up is Graveworm.

Im not a big fan of metla from Italy, purely because I don't have many favorites there... except one.
Tystnaden - I really, really like these guys, they remind me of Dark Tranquility meats My Dying Bride. I very good band and as a bonus for the guys, the singer is pretty cute. Great musicianship though, the music is fantastic.

Rhapsody of Fire! There music is very comfortable to listen to. Good Orchestral works, narrations, choruses and other elements. I like their lyrics.

Probably Nazgul. Only one full length I know but it's fantastic.

Well considering Graveworm is the only band I even like from Italy I'm gonna go with them.

Stormlord. Damn good symphonic black/thrash/power metal. Amazing drumming.

My favorite band is Rhapsody (most common here I believe), but Domine is also very decent.

There the old staples Rhapsody, Lacuna Coil obviously just a few that come to mind that i like. But here is one food for thought, have a listen if you havn't heard them, they are very good 'Tystnaden'

Labyrinth hands down. Dark Lunacy aren't bad either.

Most of the other ones I find utterly boring. The only things epic about Rhapsody are Luca Turillis ego and his horny mullet.
