Anyone ever heard of this artist named JanDek? I think a lot of what he does can be put into the crap pile...I know he's trying to be weird and strange singing his fucked up poetry off-tune and playing his guitar like he just sat down and decided to start playing at that very moment but sometimes intentional crappiness really shouldn't be released on any label...

Heh, Ariel Pink is pretty cool. He belongs to the New Weird America movement which is one of the most interesting types of music these days. Ariel Pink kicks ass

Oh, and speaking about the worst song...I really hate "Always Will Be" by Hammerfall, ultimate cheese. And who could forget that song by Celine Dion in the soundtrack of "Titanic". DOn´t remember it´s title but it was awful, ultimate epic cheese

The crappiest metal song I ever heard was Children of Bodom covering Britney Spears, but to be honest when we talk about Children of Bodom...No wait, I rather shut up lol.

Lets see, I listed Emo as a hated musical style, now I really hate those new wave british who I swear to any deity, they sound all the same, and have the same shitty vocals, few chords and repetitive drumming again and again, there must be dozens of bands like that on MTV. I hate green day, their old stuff is bearable, but now theyre just asking for satan to come kick their ass. I hate those really overrated christian hardcore bands like underoath, thryce, and etc.

I never really see the point in whining about Britney Spears on a metal forum..

Anyway, there are a few artists, or songs that popped in my mind. I think any song by the Japanese model, and singer Kana could be classified as horrible. When I first heard it I smiled, then slowly the smile withered, and eventually I almost had a headache. Her voice is horrible. So many things in her voice that is just unbearable to listen to.

I also would like to mention Sun 0))), and then more specifically, 00 Void. Even when it does have a certain mood, the songs are horrible. It makes me want to sleep when I listen to them. A song with the title "Rabbit's Revenge" makes you curious, but after hearing the same repetitive bass line over 5 minutes, wondering the song will finally start(till you realize around the 10 minutes the song already started in the first minute) is just really unbearable.

I think it is their intention that the songs assist you in going to sleep, or luring you into a hypnotic state, whatever. But you are right there, it is pretty boring and not always the most pleasant listening experience.
