Swedish black metal maniacs Rimfrost have decided to reactivate their engines after 2 years. The band's last record, Expedition: Darkness, was released in 2019.

Statement from Rimfrost as follows: ''Hello Hordes! Long time no see, lets get right to it,we have some news for you! As some of you probably already figured out, we are back!

"In august 2019 we decided to pull the plug on Rimfrost. To make a long story short, the atmosphere within the band was very toxic, it had been for a some time. The break up would've happened sooner or later, it needed to happen!

"It wasn't all for the worse though, "thanks" to the break up we got 2 new killer bands, Throllv and Khratos in Son Of Sam and Hravn in Omnicidal! About 6 months ago we had a little chat and we all felt that we were not finished with Rimfrost, that we have more to give. So for the past 6 months we've worked very hard for a comeback, there will be new music and a music video.

"We hope you are as excited as we are for our brand of heavy metal! Keep your eyes peeled on our social medias for any updates. We hope to see you on the road when everything starts to open up from this covid crap!"
