Long a genre whose appeal mostly eluded me, deathcore has really managed to gain my attention in the past few years courtesy of a group of bands with more grandiose ambitions, led by the likes of Shadow Of Intent and Lorna Shore. However, the experiences of seeing both of those bands live in the past year has done well to remind me that just because I like some new deathcore bands, I’ve not been fully converted.

This reminds me of Lorna Shore and Shadow Of Intent but vocals aren't nearly as impressive as Will Ramos (Lorna Shore) or music of Shadow Of Intent. There is some nice moments but I got exhausted pretty fast. Album cover art is pretty cool.

The vocals might remind you of Lorna Shore on track 10, as Will Ramos guests on it I saw this band supporting Lorna Shore last year; that gig, along with Shadow Of Intent last month, reminded me that just because some of these new deathcore bands are doing something pretty sweet, there's still a lot of mediocrity in the wider pool of the genre, as the support acts at both gigs consistently bored me. This album is fine, but not really anything above that

Yeah I noticed Will but he didn't have much time to impress there. Might tell something that this band needs to feature many other artists like on Argent Justice

Just a typical deathcore release Imo. Very powerful and aggressive with some senseless breakdowns, a few good moments and a few WTF moments.

My favorite Deathcore band, and I still could only give this album a 7. I enjoyed it, but wished it was a bit better. I love their theme and lyrical concepts. The last album was perfection. This one just didn't hit as hard.
