I saw them live last year and they kicked ass. I am not as hot on Pitfalls and Aphelion but did like Melodies of Atonement, it was a very different style than what they’ve done previously.
Maybe. But their last albums don't convince me. Saw them live two years ago and it was "meh". I prefer Haken from this younger generation of prog-metal bands.
Leprous' drummer is fucking insane. I don't think I've seen any other prog drummer hit so hard, while playing such complex patterns. He's very impressive to watch.
@Vellichor Agreed, Leprous is some real awesome prog. Used to dig the first two the most, but now I think Malina followed by Congregation are my top two. They are awesome live, really.
@Boxcar Hole In The Heart has two main versions, one of them is too long (the one currently on Spotify) and one of them is too short (the original release). Both are great though
