Greece, Athens - Dark Angel: Darkness Descends on Europe 2025

Did not manage to see the first two Greek bands, unfortunately, due to work. The show was old school madness. Demolition Hammer tore the place down, they looked as if they were jamming on stage, and they were so cool while they were destroying. I was afraid that Dark Angel wouldn't be able to match them, but they did, and put up an amazing performance. The crowd went berserk; mosh pits, stage-diving, crowd-surfing, and almost no phones at all, just a lot of sweat and headbanging. Best show for me this year, it made me travel back in time. Ron Rinehart almost spent as much time in the pit as on stage; he is a top frontman. If you like thrash and they play near you, do not miss them.
