Canadian symphonic progressive metallers Gates Of Winter are busy working on their new album, Perihelion. Band vocalist and guitarist, Lee Maines, checked in with the following update: "A slew of technical difficulties has prevented work from getting done on the album, however the majority of these issues have now been overcome... We will still be aiming for a December release but may have to revise that in the coming months."

"In better news, we recently had a photo shoot with photographic mastermind Anthony Armstrong. We'll be posting promo shots very soon!"
