Omit - Begin Recording New Album

Good news arrive from the Omit camp today. Omit is doom metal band based in Oslo, Norway and their debut album Repose came out in 2011. Now its successor is being recorded at the Secret Quarters studio, as it was revealed by the band on their official Facebook page.

The band says: "New album update: We just started recording the vocal tracks. Here's a slightly artsy photo, partially showing Cecilie at work in the Secret Quarters studio, earlier today."

This and Lyriel! This day couldn't begin better! Repose was a fucking melodoom masterpiece. Hope the next one will be as good or even better than their debut. Cecilie has one of the best voice in the doom metal scene.
