Dark Fortress - New Album Artwork And Tracklist Revealed

After Ylem released back in 2010, German black metal band Dark Fortress has revealed the artwork of their new upcoming album which will be called Venereal Dawn and also its tracklist. The album will be out on September 1st in Europe and Australia/New Zealand, and September 2nd in North America through Century Media Records. What do you think about the cover art?

A few words from frontman and lyricist Morean: "What happens to life on earth if the fragile laws of nature are altered even by a little bit? How can the human psyche deal with the perspective of inevitable extinction? How far can the human soul be stripped before its essence vanishes completely? Can we contain the implications of forced and radical evolution and the insanity it brings?"

And like most previous Dark Fortress albums, Venereal Dawn is again a concept album. Its nine songs "weave a tale of survival, betrayal and sacrifice in an extremely hostile environment."

I dig the artwork... Unfortunately the font for the album title does not match at all. :\

Moreover I think it the shadowing and outer glow are awkward. It should have been applied the same way the logo is.

Nice artwork, I'm a bit surprised by the number of tracks tho as Ylem features a bit more than that (but I think I have a bonus track). anyway cannot wait to listen to their -hopefully- new master piece !
