Last year, Canadian blackened folk metal band SIG:AR:TYR revealed that they were working on new album. Now it's time to see the cover artwork for Northen. According to mainman Daemonskald, the cover captures his love of old illustrated books. The artwork was created by Sara Stuart with layout and graphic design by Paul McCarroll.

No word yet on when the new album will be out, but the recordings are well underway.
