"Prey" will be available as a digital single on July 1st, 2016. Armageddon will be released on August 12th, 2016 via Nuclear Blast Records. This time, the album was recorded, mixed and produced by René himself and was mastered by Maor Appelbaum (Los Angeles). The cover artwork was again created by Skadi Rosehurst.

Turis Fratyr and Sagas were the best. Still enough of a fan to check out the rest when it comes out, but I remain skeptical.

A poor man's Amon Amarth meets Skyrim. What on earth are they doing? Erdentempel was pretty solid, this is a really bizarre direction to take

What an odd song...I see the Amon Amarth-ness in the intro and verse riffs, and the chorus is at least reminiscent of Equilibrium but feels more like something an angsty melodic black metal band would come up with. My favorite part is the blast around the 4' mark; that's what I want when I hear about Equilibrium being "darker". The outro reminds me of a darker version of Wintersun's Time I sound. They definitely sound better in German though. Eh well, the single is [almost] never the best song. Hopefully the rest of the album sounds more like the ending of this song and less like the rest of it.

Well, they lost me with Erdentempel but this is even worse... Not even close to TF or Sagas in terms of songwriting but that's to be expected from a band that has lost almost all its founding members.

I'm a big Equilibrium fan but I sincerely hope the rest of the album is much better than this song. To me the lyrics are of the "your eyes are blue and I still love you" kind... Stop singing in English please.
