Cult Of Luna - To Release 'The Long Road North' Studio Album In February

The masters of post-metal, Cult Of Luna, have announced their new full-length offering, The Long Road North, set for release on February 11th, 2022 via Metal Blade Records. The album marks as a follow-up to this years The Raging River EP. Additional details and the beginning of pre-orders on December 1st.

"The long road north is a long road home. A direction dictated by a call that penetrates rock and echoes through the forest," states vocalist/guitarist Johannes Persson. "It flows over every lake, accelerated by the wind. When it reaches you, you know it’s time. Time to move forward. You don’t know where it will lead but you put the trust in it. With eyes raised towards the midnight sun it pulls you closer. The road is long and the end is uncertain."

So hyped for this. A Dawn To Fear was incredible and The Raging River almost on the same level. Can't wait in which direction they'll lean with this.
