Ereb Altor - Bassist Leaving
Swedish folk/black metal purveyors Ereb Altor confirmed that after 8 years in the ranks, bassist Mikael "Krisha" Elemyr has decided to leave the band to focus on other priorities in his life.
Band comments ''With sad hearts we announce that Mikael "Krisha" Elemyr will leave Ereb Altor. He has decided to focus on other things in life and we wish him all the best. He will always be a part of the Ereb Altor family. We will start looking for a replacement as soon as possible for our scheduled shows."
Some words from Mikael: "Friends! The time has come for me to walk a different path. I would like to thank all fans and friends I’ve met during the years, all promoters, club owners, roadies, technicians and touring buddies. Extra special thanks to family and friends, the mighty Jose and of course my brothers in Ereb Altor. See you! somewhere, sometime."

Updates: We are pleased to announce that Björn will take care of the bass on all 16 shows we have booked for 2022 and fill the void Mikael left behind. Björn was already a member of the Ereb Altor family since he has been a live session bassist for Ereb Altor in the past so it felt like a natural step to take.
