Grim Reaper - Steve Grimmett Passed Away
Steve Grimmett, singer of British metallers Grim Reaper confirmed via Facebook page that the band's vocalist passed away. Grimmett was the band's vocalist since 1982 until their break-up and performed on all the studio albums, as well as fronting his own reformed version of the band in Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper.
Statement from the band: "This is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to write but it’s with a heavy & shattered heart to say that my beloved Steve died suddenly & unexpectedly on Monday 15th August. Wait for me my love. Until we are together again. Your Millie xxx (The family appreciate all the messages we’ve had so far but ask that you allow us to morn)."
