Swedish heavy metal veterans Torch have revealed sad news regarding the recent passing of their drummer Steve Streaker (real name Håkan Hedlund). He was 60 years old.

Comment from the band: "R.I.P Steve Streaker. It is with deepest sadness in our hearts we need to inform you that our friend and drummer Steve Streaker had passed away. Steve was one of the founding members of Torch back in 1981 and remained our drummer until now. We will remember Steve as a fantastic drummer , a creator of great riffs, a hellraiser with a twisted sense of humor but first and foremost a great friend. He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten."
