Italian-based black/death metal purveyors Hierophant have signed a record deal with Agonia Records for the release of the band's sixth studio album and successor to Death Siege (2022). The as-yet-untitled album is currently in the works and is expected to surface next year.

"We enter a new path into the abyss. A pact has been sealed with Agonia Records," the band comments. "The next offering is already taking shape, set to emerge in 2026. This marks another step towards the infinite darkness. There is no light ahead. Only the coming ruin. Hail to Chaos."
