They could've put literally anything else on that CD and nobody would've batted an eye. This is a conscious choice to appeal to specific people.

Today Afsky put out an explanation on their facebook page, as a result people questioning the same as we did here, which finds me personally fine: "(...) its flagellants in an endless circle, symbolising a never ending story of people searching for whatever they think is the truth, while just living a life in misery. No swastika, no kolovrat, no black sun, no speed black metal, no water mill or bicycle wheel either.(...) "
