Nearly two weeks ago, the band welcomed Chris Forshage as their new guitarist, writing via Facebook: "2 announcements. 1st, we want to welcome Christopher Forshage to the Horsecore Fold. Chris will be filling in for Greg, while he gets over his malasse. We also want to thank Todd Longenecker for protecting the Chose Death (formally know as Cheese Dick) Mockingbird. 2nd, all picks have been posted. Please let Alpo know if you do not receive them in the next 10 days or so. ... What do ya know a Hole in One!!"
Then recently, they announced Jason Allen as their new drummer: "Dead Horse would like to welcome Jason Allen into the fold. He has been working with Ronny and the band to get a set ready for execution. We hope that Mr. M. Haaga can join us next year, but we are not sure due to his busy schedule. We also welcome all members past and present to be involved. Much love Alpo."
