Bassist/vocalist DgS adds: "I know a lot of people are probably expecting us to be releasing our third full length album now but the reality is, when IsN got sick, we were barely able to even think about the band let alone work on new music. YhA had a full draft of an entire third album written back in early 2022, but time passed and our lives and visions slowly changed. Ultimately the album was shelved for the time being and upon IsN’s recovery and starting back up, we felt like we kind of had to write something from scratch. We wanted to do something that was very spontaneous in its conception and execution while being as unrelenting as possible. The short song format is very different for us and was a very fulfilling experiment, and not necessarily indicative of a future direction. Lyrically I pulled a lot from the experiences felt across the last couple of years. Fate, frustrations, the fragility of life, and reawakening. I think this is a special release and shows where we’ve been and where we’re currently at, spiritually and mentally."

Really missed these guys. I still play In Passing Ascension and Dwell quite a lot. The new track sounds great. I'm glad they've dropped that annoying guitar tone, they used on Cyclic Reckoning.
