On December 9th the band posted:
"We're back! As a recording entity at least. Deceiver, Invocator, Heretic & Cursed Priestess return to smash skulls with DOOM & HEAVY METAL. More details later."
On December 12th, this statement followed:
"Yes, we are definitely back. We will start some rehearsals in the new year with a new drummer. We'll start with a few old favourites and also some new things. Following this we'll work our way towards a new recording. Who knows how long that will take. Anyway, everyone is keen and raring to go."
A few hours ago, more details were shared:
"When we get back together in the new year we have a few new and not so new things to work on. A doom epic (music by The Invocator) titled 'Terminal Decay' which we actually had the beginnings of before the split. Another song that I (Deceiver) recorded for Caprahed titled 'The End' (An epic doom ballad that Lucifer's Fall was also working on before the split). We are planning on using 'Satanik Skumfukk' (from SharpShooter - a great punk metal track with Cursed Priestess on vocals). I have written a new song called 'The Necro-Ritualist' (Another longish doom metal track) We also have loads of bits and pieces lying around which may or may not come into use for building new tracks. It definitely shouldn't take too long to get up a new repertoire for recording. Who knows, there may even be a couple live shows here and there. First rehearsal with the new drummer we plan to try out 'Fuck You, Mother Superior' and 'Across The Void'."

Let's fucking go!  Thanks for sharing this info, Nik! So many twists and turns in the Lucifer's Fall timeline. Glad Deceiver is feeling up to it again. Can't wait for those signature heavy doom riffs and operatic vocals!
