Descendant XII, the new upcoming album from Malaysian melodic black metal band Hayagriva will be released on January 1st, 2012 via Khakan Production (Malaysia). The follow-up to 2007's Red Heaven was recorded between 2009 and 2011 at several studios in Malaysia. More album details were previously reported here.

All songs are properly and carefully composed and produced. There are many new riffs and more solos than before. Keyboards sound classic with rich moods and pure shadow strokes. Frontman Aavimarga commented as follows: "We are very excited to make this CD available to our fans. As this is a pure reflect to the 1990's releases of Hayagriva."
