Been hearing this quite a bit as of late on SiriusXM, and it certainly is a notch up from their previous album. I do enjoy hearing some of their traditional triplet blast-beats get blended in nicely. Some good production on this song.

Also, I'm probably alone in this, but I for one don't particularly care to see Phil go back to screaming on this album, as long as the rest of the band fills in on the energy (please stay true to your word Phil on admitting the last album blew and you're looking to make up for it this time around). He's got a powerful voice, and it goes real well in songs like this when there's a lot of driving force from the instrumentation. I saw them live twice, the second time back in Los Angeles back in 200...8? It was their last performance before they had to back out due to Phil blowing out his voice. The man doesn't know how to scream live and them backing out because of it is a clear indicator of that.

Liked how it sounded.

Okay, not as bad as expected, but I'm still not getting my hopes up.

First two albums ascended ATR and since then they keep working on tired riffs and bland songwriting.

Anyway, this new song is improvement and I hope they release a good record.
