U.S. alternative/progressive metallers Dredg will have a busy year in 2019. The band recently announced that they will release a new album next year. It's their first since 2011's Chuckles And Mr. Squeezy. According to the band, the plan is to record and release the new album next year, along with some touring.

The band latest update reads: "Listeners, things to come in 2019...
1. dredg box set/scrap book release
2. dredg yard sale
3. dredg records/releases a new record
4. dredg tours all of your favorite cities."

I'm happy they're back together and working on something. Given their history and how long it's been since we've gotten new material, this could be unlike anything we've heard before. Looking forward to checking it out.
