Canadians Spell revealed that they've parted ways with guitarist Graham McGee. At the same time, now duo, confirms that the new songs for the next album are in the making.

Comment the band: ''We have decided to part ways with our guitarist Graham. It's been an incredible chapter and we have memories together we'll always be proud of. We have nothing but respect for Graham and wish him the very best with his future projects, including Syrinx! Meanwhile, we (Al and Cam) have been working harder than ever on the new Spell album, sharing guitar duties for now. If you like exciting, jagged heavy metal you're in for a treat!"

Graham McGee states about his decision to leave: ''The time has come to announce my departure from Spell. It has been an amazing 12 years of making music and travelling with my best buds. The comradery and united focus towards our goal has waned and its time for us to do our own thing. I wish Cam and Al the best of luck with their future Spell endeavours!"
