Maybe the court just listened to music from both versions to decide which one is the real one hehe. Jokes aside I can't understand why none of these guys could just suck it up and release music under a new name.

Someone should create a third batushka instance and call it True Batushka, then the next one named Batushka ov Fire and so on and then Batushka A.D. and B.C., to stir things even more.

In case anybody is interested, FB profile https://www.facebook.com/Liczuszka mapped all of them back when the drama first enfolded, and came to the number around 75. There are YouTube links included as well, most of them are sh*t but they don't even pretend to try, it was all done for funsies.

These name disputes are very common in my country.
My two favorite ones are:
1. Butt Sweets was copied and called New Butt Sweets (Butt is a caste... not THAT butt)
2. Asia Fans was copied and called Super Asia Fans
All are still famous and legit businesses.
If Batushka was a restaurant here, we'd have many new names by now like True Batushka, Real Batushka, Original Batushka, Batushka 1, Old Batushka, Better Batushka, Super Batushka.
