Haggard

I'm really into Haggard. I like the fact that they combine classical/symphonic music with Metal. And i'm going to see them live in a while, so that's gonna be really great

counting the days till Tales Of Ithiria will be released

One of the bands which have my depest respect, besides that I really like their music.

It awakes unique feelings in me, reminds me of places where I once was, and times in which I've never lived...

Because it has been delayed. I've just seen it on the website (http://www.haggard.de/). We'll have more infos in some days. Bad news, but it can't be helped.

damnit, i want to know what's going on :/

i've been waiting for ths cd for so long and now it has been delayed...
they could at least tell us why it's being delayed

AS I heard they are broke. They had to change lot of musician because they couldn't afford old ones

oh damnit, that would suck really badly

i hope it's not true though, since the main page says something about Asis' personal problems

Well I was always wandering how they can stand such line ups financially... Not very well, now I see. That is good in some way, because many bands get spoiled by money, and as things seem, they wont.

anyhow, i hope it's nothing serious and that we'll know for sure as soon as possible..

Ah well, we can only wait and hope it doesnt affect the new album too much.

Hey, does anyone know, did they use distortion on other string instruments except guitar yon Eppur Si Muove, or is it just strange guitar distortion????
And do you know are there any of Haggard members (ex members) that play in some relativelly known symphony orchestras, or such???

im really getting scared now if they dont got enough members to record their new release do they also have not enough members to play at wacken this year???? i hope not

I think they will definetely play, they can't afford to cancel gigs, they receive retty much money for their shows

well they have obviously already recorded the album if the release date was a month ago
after all the release date is always a couple of months after everything was recorded because the whole cd has to be mixed and produced and printed first

this is getting kind of frustrating though, the website says that there will be further notice in a few days and that was a month ago...

yeah , i also think that. The records are already done. These months are for the production and mixing of the new album. I hope that this band will produce more albums . It is a pity to loose such a band in metal area.

It wasnt that great a DVD i agree, i mean it is over-dubbed FAR too much, its like listening to the albums, thats not a live concert. Blind Guardian did it with their DVD, but not to this extreme, yet still unecessary.

I agree if I can see it in normal TV not in PC its be much better and I saw full DVD in youtube man it was horible but DD are good and awsome those songs are good but maybe its because Im not so much DVD fan
