i dont think so, i have never really listen to Fear Factory xD it reminds me of an old Slipknot song or some other nu-metal band.. but i dont really listen to nu-metal anymore, so its hard to say which band exactly

That riff is so typical that probably thousands of bands used it somewhere.

Sounds like a very slowed down "Slave Labor" by Fear Factory, although like Unhealer pointed out... this is a very common riff that has likely made its way into at least a hundred or so songs. Slipknot, Mudvayne, Papa Roach, Static-X, Saliva, etc. are all bands that would definitely make use of it.
