An album that still shows akercocke's talent as a band, but in general the whole thing seems scattered and incomplete (I have the bonus tracks, so some versions may just be the 9-track original), making it seem less like a flow and more like a disrupted piece of music. Nonetheless, it sounds completely and utterly ungodly in itself, and few would argue that opener 'Hell' isn't anything short of one of akercocke's best songs.
