US-based progressive/death metallers Empyrean Sky have recently posted two more new songs from their long-awaited upcoming album Extending The Tangent. The songs are called "The Lost" and "Trauma And Tragedy". Lyrics can be found posted on their Facebook and Bandcamp site, where you can listen or buy the songs.

Two other songs released previously can still be streamed here.

Yep. This is interesting stuff. I liked Trauma And Tragedy. There were some singing parts that gave me a chuckle but it is a heavy heavy song nonetheless and I love the guitar tone on the heavy riffage. Progressive metal can mean many things and these dudes prove it.
