Christian Muenzner - Crowdfunding New Solo Album
Guitar virtuoso Christian Muenzner, whom you might know as the guitarist of Obscura, Spawn Of Possession and Paradox, is working on his new solo album to follow 2011's Timewarp. His second album will be called Beyond The Wall Of Sleep and he launched a crowdfunding campaign for the album here. The money will be used to produce the album ready for release in May.
The album will feature 11 instrumental tracks, and will be mixed, mastered and co-produced by Per Nilsson. It will also feature artwork by Anestis Goudas, who also designed the Timewarp album. It will come with a 12-page booklet illustrating the album concept, which is based on old mystery and horror stories by H.P. Lovecraft and Edgar Allan Poe.
