Honestly it's worse. I mean Wintersun's are messy and cheesy, but nowhere near that bad.

How the fuck did they go from THIS (below) to .... this artwork? Incredibly sub-par illustration which falls in line with most shitty modern metal covers.

I think people are overreacting because the last cover was brilliant. This one isn't THAT bad, it's just ... normal.

It is not only extremely bad, but also it doesn't bring any connection to their death doom sound, at least for me. Probably not compatible with the music of album, unless they go for wall to wall keyboard work and hyper melodic fast guitars.

It looks fine for the first few seconds, and then you realise that what's going on is that a few different things that by themselves look quite nice have been shoved together without any real attempt at cohesion. It's not dreadful but it's pretty damn amateurish

Actually it looks more like a Deep Trance/Down Tempo album cover, or something psychedelic. Nothing looks fast in that art.

What about the music? That's all that really matters. Sure, this may not look very nice on the record shelf, but, in the end, if the music is good, I don't really give a damn

Looking forward to this album a lot, but the artwork isn't that good. It's also not that bad. I'm with PocketMetal on this one. It's just that the previous album had awesome artwork, so the difference is really big.

I know that I am the only one here but I think that this artwork is decent. It is really far from being shit IMO. It is very... abstract but I like it.
