Black Breath - Slaves Beyond Death

I love the instrumental grand finale.

It's a good album for sure and the instrumental finale is indeed amazing. But I can't help but think this is a missed opportunity. The band dropped the hardcore/D-beat touches almot completely. Instead, it switches to a regular OSDM approach. They could have either kept some of the -core influences or doubled down on the heavy metal like they did with the last song. :\

Pretty rifftastic though and I admit there is a bit more than just OSDM, specially in the leads/solos. Guess I'm just too much into their previous sound. I'll try to give it more spins.
