Latvian gothic doom metal band Catalepsia recently shared their new single "Damnation" which was recorded especially for the "Supernova 2016" song contest (selection of the Latvian Eurovision representative). The group formed in 2005 and went on hiatus from 2011 to 2014, led by Heaven Grey's vocalist/guitarist Erwin Franz.

You can hear the band's debut and only album so far, World Of Cliché, on their Bandcamp.

Pretty solid song, especially considering it comes from a Latvian band.
However, I just don't see a song that would win the Euroshit in this effort. Tough luck, Latvia.

Best song what comes from Latvian band where are involved calm clean vox, great mid 90's staff... same time only 2 bands are good enough Heaven Grey and this, rest are little below, unless its 80's early 90's hard rock what crushed communism
