They might be very different from the originals. Have a hardtime seeing P.H.O.B.O.S. playing a straight cover of Celtic Frost and Bathory. Would be awesome to see them changing them.

I don't consider myself a P.H.O.B.O.S. fan, but this is too good! The CF cover is massive (and one of my fav songs of them).

Smasana Kali is a great track, and has a sound that's relatively distinct from what they've done before; however, it's still unmistakably a P.H.O.B.O.S. track, seemingly combining elements of everything they've done so far. The overall sound is much closer to their sound on Atonal Hypermnesia than any of their other work, but it also somehow sounds like it occupies a space in between Nietzschean Dynamics and Ahrimanic Impulse Victory.

I'm enjoying this release, even if it is a small one with not much original material. The covers have a very nice P.H.O.B.O.S. spin to them that makes them feel different enough from the originals to justify a purchase--I actually like the cover of I Won't Dance better than the original.

That Bathory cover is hella dank
