U.S. folk metal group Wilderun have posted online a cover of Thin Lizzy's 1976 track "Emerald" (from Jailbreak). The band did it as part of a reward for their Kickstarter campaign and have now shared the final result. Earlier this year, they released their second output, Sleep At The Edge Of The Earth. You can stream the tune here now. How do you like their cover song?

They are worth at least an overview, IMO. I love Wilderun's take on them.

Wow very interesting take on the song and I really liked that the solos stayed pretty close to the original
