Old school german metal with few suprises. Pretty much solid all the way through, 1-2 mediocre songs in the middle but that's about it, the rest is atleast above average and at times even great. Recommended.

Have never found anything of particular value for me on this album (though I usually pay extra attention to debut albums, give it several spins by default, that is).
Among the bands forgetable works for me.

There's definitely some amazing riffage on this album and also the legendary Jörg Michael on drums. The songs however aren't highly impressive. I don't see many, if any, future listens for this album.

Echoes Of Evil I'd say is the strongest song with its high speed killer riff attack.

I like this a lot. It had the spirit of the Avenger times but with progress. Echoes of Evil is one of the songs I scream for at every Rage show... sadly they never played it though.

Their best period would be the start of the 90s, but beside this killer time (Trapped, TML and BiM) this is may favorite Rage LP.
