Hard to say if i'm eager or not. His vocals have gone to utter shit and so has the musicianship in the the last 3-4 albums. We'll see....

It's killer. Barnes doesnt sound fantastic but it works still. Next album with Jack Owen will slay and i know the vocals will improve. This is worth listening too if you need that old school style in your life.

This is really awesome. Its a great listen. Yes Barnes vocals are deteriorating but the musicianship is phenomenal.

Holy shit, how do they manage to sound so utterly generic with every album?

I keep coming back to this band occasionally to see if my opinion has changed at all, and I while my opinion hasn't changed, I realized something--musically they kinda sound like old school death metal, akin to Death or Obituary's early albums, only they did it far better, far before SFU could, and SFU has been doing the same fucking thing over and over again ever since. Incredibly repetitive and predictable.

Chris... Please take up guitar and stop doing vocals. You were absolutely incredible during The Bleeding days, but now you've deteriorated. Having said that... Still a great album. The vocals are a little distracting, but the musicianship is still fantastic in my opinion.
