Just posting here to acknowledge the thread. We talked about it in the shoutbox just half an hour ago. The ratings are all still there, just the overall score is not calculated. I'll look into it.

I bulk-restored all album ratings. Still no idea what causes them to disappear but all I can do is monitor that further.

Katatonia and My Dying Bride ratings gone

Found the issue. Shouldn't happen anymore.
