80s Scorpions (I started with their famous compilation Best of Rockers & Ballads)  Van Halen Yngwie Malmsteen (worked for me  )Iron Maiden (well, they clicked instantly with me) Helloween (a lot of Euro-power will do fine) Place Vendome (Michael Kiske's band, melodic hard & heavy)
