Modernized thrash w/ almost clean style vocals and unusual sounding mix. It is an interesting attempt, kind of like new Heathen, and similar to it, it also kind of falls short in songwriting. It almost seems wrong to compare the album to their early works because the musical direction has changed so much from those times, but they decided to continue with same band name so I must state that it's a little bit of a letdown in the discography.
