The first of their bad albums, but their least worst. The ballads are horrendous whereas before they used to write good ballads and the rockers are mediocre at best as well.

Not a bad album, but not so great either; it's catchy, it was a hit album. Anyway best Scorpions work was in the 70s.
I rated it an 8 some time ago; I would go a bit lower these days.

This is a damn good record! I consider it their best. Very catchy, very solid.

Their second great after Blackout, very good one, the songs are awsome.
Rock You Like a Hurricane is too overrated but never repulsive.
Pick any album (of theirs) of the 70s and it's better than this.

Their first not so good album and it marked their rapid decline. Evrything before Love At First Stong is vastly superior to it

You're entitled to your opinion, but damn, other than Lovedrive, not much to say about the rest. Maybe a bit of In Trance. Blackout and this one are just their peak. Commercial... but well played and much better than what Def Leppard's Hysteria or Pyromania. You know why these are better and more appreciated? Because no matter what, songs like Still Loving You, Rock You Like a Hurricane, Coming Home or Big City Nights will always remain encrypted in your memory and you always come back to them no matter how old you get and how much you experiment.

No, I don't. Their 70s stuff, yes, but this stuff, certainly not.
