Ah it's ambient, that's fine too. Really thick atmosphere and the pounding in the background is giving me anxiety, so that's good. Probably won't listen to it much just cause it's ambient.

Exactly this. I usually hate instrumental albums, as I get too bored after the 2nd or 3rd track, no matter how lush the instrumentation is, but this definitely is something much more evolved. It sounds like making a soundtrack for my pre-panic attacks moments and I value a lot any kind of music capable to evoke any deep feeling, even if it's not a positive one. Won't listen to it often, for I already have my daily huge amount of anxiety, but surely will give it a listen from time to time.

I find the pounding quite meditative and calming.
