I was expecting this album to be low production, low quality, corny and frankly, trash. Album cover is hilariously goofy but after listening to the album, it is fitting. And I'll tell you what: I was shocked at how good this was! Really catchy, fun and well made album.

This is such a fun release, it's like a mix of medieval folk, dungeon synth, and black metal. It's like listening to a blackened Steeleye Span which is seriously cool. The productions obviously way out there but the instrumentation and performance is actually quite remarkable, and it's humorous aswel. "A New Castle Is Born" and "Chainmail" are fantastic.
