Overall, I actually find this release more entertaining than the previous, particularly those classic headbanging thrashy riffs and leads, and the whole energy, tempo, and performance is top-notch. Again, there's nothing original about it in the slightest, this approach has been done a million times already, but if old school thrash is all you care about then it really shouldn't matter. The main issue for me though is the production, there seems to be something very off-putting about it, the vocals feel as though they're being saturated behind the Instrumentation.
