When I first got this I didn't know it was a cover album. I like it. What's wierd is that I probably wouldn't like the originals (except Cypress Hill's) but RATM just makes everything powerful and energetic. I'd recommend this album. 'The Ghost of Tom Joad' is great.

Cover albums can turn out very problematic, but RATM imprints their mark on the songs. Some of them are better than the originals but most are average or worse.
