Rating: 8 Considering the context, this is an excellent album. Gorguts weren't doing anything out of the ordinary compared to their peers, but the matter stands that this album is very solid and engaging stuff, full of riveting death metal material. While it's overshadowed by the rest of the band's discography, Considered Dead has its stand-out classics, namely "Stiff and Cold" and "Waste of Mortality".
