Great.... So many good albums to look forward too in 2012

Excited about this. Hopefully this can live up to the last three releases (2 full lengths one ep) as they were great

Not quite as good as the previous two albums, but a great continuation of October Falls' sound nonetheless. The album wanders a bit too close to the generic side of (atmospheric) black metal, but manages to retain a little bit of the folk in the older releases giving it a fresh feeling. Incredible songwriting, near perfect production (could have been raw-er for my tastes), and outstanding performance all around. Having a hard time deciding whether to give this a very high 8 or a very low 9. One more listen will determine that.
