Tribute albums can be either great, or a complete waste of time. Thankfully, Iced Earth has provided us with one of the great ones. This eleven-track album gives Iced Earth fans the chance to hear some of the bands that helped shape Jon Schaffer's musical background. This particular album was first available as part of the five C.D. retrospective box set "Dark Genesis".

Rating: 8 Just listen it, I like also orginal songs but not so much I would say its tribute to gods, maybe those songs wrote history but now somehow Im overplayed those , Im happy I live in 2012 we have many many genres to choose from, those days there was so fiew bands and lame bands to ....
It would be interesting to know why band choose those bands to cover
