I really like this album, good early '90s thrash metal; however, I enjoyed The Years of Decay a bit more. There was just more edge, more aggression, than this release.

Aptly put, but the difference is much bigger then "a bit" from my point of view, something like 8.5 (TYOD) to mere 7 (H).
This one has good start but then with every song gets more boring. Lack of...dedication.

Rating: 7 This album reminded me of early Flotsam and Jetsam, I think it was just the groove some of the first few songs on the album had. I however think I might be alone on that one.

Just sayin that I've actually been enjoying this album even more than Ironbound lately, since I know that you're all dying to hear my opinions on Overkill albums. Soulitude is seriously one of the best songs ever, and the main riff to Thax For Nothin' may be Overkill's best.

Um I think it's Killogy for no doubt whatsoever. "Nice Day, For A Funeral" and "Live Young" had some awesome womb-crushing riffs. Then it follows with "Soulitude " which somehow I think the song has some great parts( but weaker in comparisons of the other songs mentioned above).

I haven't heard that song and really want to, but I currently have really shitty internet connection, and Youtube videos keep on stopping after like 3 seconds.

Rating: 9 The album is pure metallic bliss.

There's some spectacular song writing here - Solitude and Horrorscope are phenomenal.

Rating: 5 I just don't get the allure of these albums, I can get into Feel the Fire and Taking Over, but after that, this band does nothing for me.

100% the same for me. The first two are fun and quite good, but nothing extraordinary. Already clearly second-tier thrash. But after that it turns into a bloody mess. Music gets grating let alone Bobby's vocals.

  ^Agreed.

I for one only care about Years Of Decay with early Overkill. They never really caught my attention or interest until Ironbound, which I definitely prefer over anything else they've done. Even The Electric Age I liked more.
